Owned by Rockingham residents Paul Siciliano and Emily Linnebur and run in a professional but neighborly manner. Paul is the home inspector and performs field tasks, while Emily manages the office and the day-to-day operations.
Paul Siciliano (VT property inspector license #143.0134031) is a motorcycle enthusiast and sidecar aficionado. In his free time, he serves as a Motorcycle Safety Foundation-certified instructor and columnist for the regional motorcycle website RIDE-CT & RIDE-New England.
Siciliano is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and enjoyed a career in the construction industry before opening Green Mountain Home & Property Inspections, LLC.
He is also a dog lover and has logged tens of thousands of miles with his dogs - Adicus, Mya and Levi - by his side in his sidecar.
Emily is a veteran of the United States Navy. After her discharge she pursued a degree in business administration and went to work in the accounting department of a general contracting company.
Her love of helping people took over and she received a degree in recreational therapy and spent years managing recreational activities in a senior living community in Connecticut. She now combines both to manage Green Mountain Home & Property, LLC.
Linnebur is most likely the first voice that potential customers hear when calling. She is also a dog lover and wrangles Adicus, Mya and Levi, so don't be surprised if there's barking in the background.
